CANCELLATION POLICY 2021
Dear guests,
we would like to inform you about our current cancellation policy:
If the cancellation is communicated by e-mail at least 15 days before the agreed arrival date, the down payment will be refunded (deducted € 20,00 of cancellation fee).
In the event of government restrictions related to Covid19 during the 15 days prior to the agreed arrival date, you can ask for the full refund of your down payment or a voucher to be used in the season 2021 or 2022.
